Kendallville Public Library - The Kendallville Public Library provides access to information for life for all residents of Noble County. Anyone living or owning property within Noble County is eligible for a library card. Applicants need a photo ID that has a correct current address. Patrons of the LaGrange, Garrett or Butler Public Libraries may apply for a Kendallville Public Library card through a reciprocal borrowing agreement with these libraries.
